Rose Colleran – Coach and Nutrition Counselor

Rose Colleran is a wife and mother of two active daughters, a fitness enthusiast and she’s passionate about nutrition!  In 2006 her life took an unexpected turn when her sister-in-law called to let her know she could get her a number to run the New York City marathon that fall.  This surprising and unexpected opportunity changed the course of her life.  The experience sparked a desire for optimal health achieved through fitness and nutrition. The journey was so rewarding and life changing; she wanted to share her passion with others through fitness, health and wellness coaching. She also shares her love for running with 4th and 5th grade girls coaching an intramural program called Fit Girls which trains the girls to run a 5K over a 6-week period.

In May 2014, after years of running Rose was ready for a new challenge and found herself at RCFM. She was quickly hooked! The “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” was exactly what she was looking for. At the end of 2014 she leapt at the opportunity to earn her CrossFit Level 1 certificate so that she could become part of the staff at RCFM.
