Reebok CrossFit Medfield, home to six-time CrossFit Games athlete Spencer Hendel, is proud to present our first ever Suffer on Saturday team competition! This competition will consist of two-person, same-sex teams. We will be offering three different divisions: RX, Scaled and Masters (40+) housing a total of 60 teams on Saturday September 24th, 2016.

*UPDATE: Events 3&4 are going to run off a continuous 10min running clock, but will be scored separately. The event was originally designed to be scored as one, but we have decided to score it separately. Therefore, there is still one event (Final Event) that has not been announced and will not be announced until immediately before the workout takes place on September 24th! Only the top 5 teams in each division will be able to do the final event!
